TriStar Southern Hills B, the First Building, 395 Wallace Road was constructed as an addition to the hospital services in 1981 to enhance the medical services provided to residents of Davidson, Rutherford, Williamson and surrounding counties.

Currently TriStar Southern Hills B Building has 36,092 RSF and is 100% occupied. It consists of 3 floors. The building hosts the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, a Sleep Center, Plastic Surgery Unit, Hickory Medical Advisors, United Neighborhood, SHMC Cardio Rehab, SHMC Human Resources Department, SHMC Education Department and other services.

A remodel was completed in 2010 that totally renovated the inside and outside appearance of the building giving it a fresh new appearance.
