TriStar Southern Hills East, 510 Recovery Road a.k.a 510 Recovery Road was constructed as an addition to the hospital services in 1990 to enhance the medical services provided to residents of Davidson, Rutherford, Williamson and surrounding counties. Currently TriStar Southern Hills East has 20,327 RSF and is 100% occupied; it consists of 2 floors.

The building hosts Internal Medicine Workplace Partners, a Dialysis Center and an Imaging Center. This building is not attached to the hospital but located about half a mile from the main hospital campus in the corner of Wallace Road and Recovery Road.
